Thank you for choosing me as your stylist! Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both of us. 📌 Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in loss of your deposit. - Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. 🚫 No-Show Policy Clients who no-show without communication will be required to pay the full-service amount before booking future appointments. 💳 Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. A grace period of 10–15 minutes is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or adjusted, and fees may still apply. 🔁 Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment once using your deposit if done within the 48-hour window.
